ANDREW P. SPRICH (Andy)
Founder and Managing Director
A local resident and entrepreneur of York, PA; Andy has been engaged in the Financial and Accounting Industry for over 20 years, with an extensive and wide range of experience in Accounting, Payroll, Taxation, Executive Consulting, Business Creation & Management, as well as several other related and diverse areas. Currently, he is also the owner and operator of three other companies and helps to manage a non-profit aimed at educating special needs children internationally. For more than 8 years, Andy has provided oversight management of multiple high-dollar private real estate investor's funds/companies, having been closely involved in hundreds of real estate acquisitions, rehabs, and sales transactions. Sprich Capital was born from these multiple successes and its current "system" has been refined by this real-world pass/fail process and tracking mistakes and losses dozens of others have shouldered throughout the years.
RAYMOND ABBOUD (Ray)
Director of Real Estate Operations
Also a local resident and longtime entrepreneur in York, PA; Ray is the President and has owned Cash Now for more than 22 years, a staple of the South-Central PA Real Estate market that services all of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and stretching as far South as Florida. With more than half a billion dollars in sales, having flipped over 10,000 properties, with a rental portfolio of more than $300K in monthly income; Ray has helped thousands of people throughout their real estate journey and he now helps even more people through his motivational and mentor program (Mastering The Art of The Flip), to create their own financial freedom. In addition to being an owner of several other companies, Ray is the author of Ray's Way: Flip Your Way to Freedom and has been featured on Grant Cardone's #10X PowerPlayers.
Andy and Ray have been working together for more than 15 years and while this particular endeavor is relatively new (Sprich Capital was formed in early 2023), these two have shared the same practices and strategies across multiple business applications over the years and to varied degrees with one another…. only now these opportunities have been opened up and made available to anyone and everyone.
