After 15 years of planning and exploring strategy methods, consulting for outside companies on business development, building a network of skills and resources, with a constant involvement in managing real estate development finances and more than 6M in funds across multiple high-dollar individual investors; Andy establishes Sprich Capital Investment LLP with only six Core Investment Partners and $250,000 in seed money.

2023

Company acquires its FIRST rehab property, continuing to explore and refine the most effective fund diversity and flow, while adding three additional Core Investor Partners.

2024

The Company negotiates and secures a hi-yield collaboration, issues its FIRST commercial loan, and completes then sells the first rehab property, rolling the funds directly into two new rehab properties.

2024

The FIRST round of Quarterly Statements is sent out as the FIRST Personal Loan is issued while the Company's fund diversity is expanded into multiple income avenues; including property rehabs, rental income, investment dividends, precious metals, and loan fees. Total Revenue surpasses 300K and the Company's asset pool exceeds 350K while maintaining ZERO debt.

2025

Property Sales breaks 500K with 1M in Total Assets; including 250K of Working Capital, 525K in Real Estate, and a diverse but balanced portfolio of High-Value Securities, Precious Metals, Loans Receivable, and other Alternative Investments. The Company launches its website to offer public access to its investment gains and 18% simple interest returns through Notes and Savings Accounts, transitioning into a multi-market hybrid-investment bank.

2025

Total Fund Raising surpasses 1.4M with an Asset portfolio of greater than 1.6M, and more than 30 individual account holders. A marketing campaign is initiated and the Company continues to explore and analyze new investment options and income avenues.

The FIRST multi-use Commercial Property is acquired, continuing to expand Company operations, assets, and holding portfolio. The FIRST subsidiary is established and the Company moves to leverage its assets to multiply its working capital to more than 2.3M
