After 15 years of planning and exploring strategy methods, consulting for outside companies on business development, building a network of skills and resources, with a constant involvement in managing Real Estate Development finances and more than $6M in funds across multiple high-dollar individual investors; Andy establishes Sprich Capital Investment LLP with six Core Partners and $250k in seed money.
2023
Company establishes effective workflow relationships, then acquires its FIRST rehab property, continuing to explore and refine the most effective fund diversity while adding additional Core Partners.
2024
Sprich Capital negotiates and secures a high-yield collaboration, issues its FIRST commercial loan, and completes and quickly sells the first rehab property, rolling the funds directly into two new rehab projects.
2024
The FIRST round of Quarterly Statements are sent out as the FIRST Personal Loan is issued while the Company's fund diversity is expanded into multiple income avenues; including Property Rehabs, Rental Income, Passive Dividends, holdings in Precious Metals, and Loan Fees. Total Revenue surpasses initial benchmarks and the asset pool is doubled while maintaining ZERO debt.
2025
Property Sale Revenue breaks $500k with $1M in Total Assets; including $250k of Working Capital, $525k in Real Estate, and a diverse but balanced portfolio of High-Value Commodities, Precious Metals, Loans Receivable, and other Alternative Endeavors. The Company launches its website to open public access to its gains by offering a flat 18% simple interest structure through Notes and Savings Engagements, transitioning into a multi-market hybrid financial ecosystem.
2025
Total Fund Raising surpasses $1.4M with a growing Asset Portfolio of greater than $1.6M, and more than 30 individuals earning an average of 15-16%. A marketing campaign is initiated and the Company continues to explore and analyze new income-producing options and avenues.
2025
The FIRST multi-use Commercial Property is acquired, continuing to expand Company operations, assets, and its holding portfolio. The FIRST subsidiary is established to occupy a portion of the new property and the Company moves to leverage existing assets, multiplying working capital while expanding into further alternative areas; including secured deals in the Oil & Gas and the Fine Arts industries.
With this, Sprich Capital has now rounded out a flowing network of Passive and Active income avenues, feeding into one another to secure a stable future that pushes forward to expand income generation that is on track to achieve a 10M asset pool.
